At Blair Family Farm, we pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our honey products. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below:
1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used honey jars. If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at 615-410-8579 or email us at Semper-Apis@blairfamilyfarm.com and let us know what was damaged or defective about our products. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please understand that crystallization of honey isn't a sign of a defective or damaged product.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
7. Final Sale Items
All clearance or sale items are final and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
